A year of intention -Evolving into Your Best SelfšŸ’« 2026 Week 2

Hey family! I'm so proud of us! We made it through week two very intentionally. That deserves a pat on the back! Remember consistency & discipline breeds results! So lets dive into week 2 šŸ‘‡šŸ½šŸ‘‡šŸ½

Ā

šŸŒ‘ JANUARY — WEEK 2

SEEING THE VISIONĀ

Theme: Vision • Alignment • Desire
Focus: Turning clarity into direction
Outcome: Participants feel their vision—not just think about it.

Weekly Intention:

ā€œI allow myself to see clearly.ā€

šŸ—“ļø WEEK 2 ACTIVITIESĀ

🌿 Day 1 — VISION WALK

Purpose: Move the body to unlock the mind

How:
• Take a 15–20 minute walk (alone)
• No music, no phone scrolling
• Observe what naturally draws your attention
• Notice colors, spaces, people, environments

Reflection (spoken or mental):
ā€œWhat kind of environment do I feel most alive in?ā€

✨ Movement invites clarity.

🌿 Day 2 — LIFE AREAS CARD SORT

Purpose: Visual clarity without writing

How:
• Write each life area on separate paper/cards:

  • Health

  • Finances

  • Relationships

  • Purpose

  • Rest

  • Community
    • Arrange them in order of importance right now
    • Sit with the order—don’t change it

Insight: Priorities reveal vision.

🌿 Day 3 — VISION BOARDĀ

Purpose: Create without overthinking

How:
• Use images, textures, colors, symbols
• No words required
• Focus on how you want life to feel
• Trust your intuition—stop when it feels complete

Optional: Play instrumental or ambient music.

🌿 Day 4 — SILENT VISUALIZATION + BODY POSTURE

Purpose: Embody the vision

How:
• Sit or stand in silence for 5 minutes
• Adjust posture until you feel grounded and confident
• Close your eyes
• Imagine yourself moving through life with clarity

Notice: Your breath, shoulders, jaw, and stance.

Vision lives in the body.

🌿 Day 5 — ENVIRONMENT RESET

Purpose: Align your physical space with your vision

How:
• Choose one small area (desk, nightstand, corner)
• Remove everything
• Put back only what feels intentional

Ask:
ā€œDoes this space support who I’m becoming?ā€

🌿 Day 6 — VISION PROTECTION DAY

Purpose: Reduce outside influence

How:
• Choose a half-day digital detox
• No social media, no news
• Fill time with something grounding:

  • Cleaning

  • Cooking

  • Stretching

  • Being outside

Notice how your thoughts change.

🌿 Day 7 — SPOKEN INTENTION PRACTICE

Purpose: Activate the voice

How:
• Stand or sit comfortably
• Say this aloud 3 times:

ā€œI am creating a life that feels aligned and intentional.ā€

• Speak slowly
• Feel the words in your body

🌿 Day 7 **Bonus Activity** — CONNECTION CHECK-IN (OPTIONAL)

Purpose: Shared clarity

How:
• Share one word that describes your vision
• No explaining or justifying

Vision strengthens when witnessed.

Thankful for this challenge. I been working on not going on socials so early in the morning. I also noticed that when I take a break from socials and put my phone down I can create more. I love this challenge and today I will be working on not looking at news or anything that can influence me

I cant lie I’m a little behind! I have to create my vision board however i did envision my life with clarity! it was refreshing to have a clear visual of the direction of my life! For day 5 i did clean out my car and the trunk. i took everything out threw away what was needed to go in the trash and the same for the inside of my car. Tomorrow since its Tuesday and ladies day I’m going to take it to the car wash. while I’m there I’m going to create my digital vision board. I’m choosing digital bc i don’t have any magazines. I am going to print it out and post it on my white board! Happy healing yall!!!

Hey so for day one I took a long mediation walk and it was nice to not be on my phone to take in all around me. Today I started writing what things are important and placing them in order it really made me think and realizing certain priorities have changed for me. ā¤ļøāœØ thankful for everyone in this space.

So yesterday for day 1 I do a 30 min walk around my apartment complexes trail without my phone of course and it was such an amazing experience! I stopped to smell a few flowers, like gardenias, red yellow and pink hibiscus ( I never knew that they didn’t carry a smell until today) and this cute pink flower I don’t know the same of but it smelled like a pungent perfume! Ik they’re using it for sure in the fragrant industry! I got to watch nature interact instead of being in my head! I incorporated this into my morning routine and so far it has been amazing! For day 2 (today) I got to put in perspective and see a visual of all the things I value and how I hold importance of them in my life. It has shaped how I moved throughout my day today!
