🌑 JANUARY — WEEK 3
ALIGNING THE GOALS
Theme: Alignment • Intention • Discernment
Focus: Choosing goals that fit your real life
Outcome: Participants leave this week with 1–3 aligned goals they actually feel connected to—not overwhelmed by.
Weekly Intention:
“I choose what aligns with my energy.”
🌿 WEEK 3 PURPOSE
Weeks 1–2 helped you clear and see.
Week 3 helps you choose.
Not everything you want needs to happen now.
Not every idea deserves your energy.
Alignment is about discernment, not limitation.
This week is about doing less—but doing it on purpose.
🗓️ WEEK 3 ACTIVITIES
Not everything you can do is meant for you to do right now.
🎨 Day 1 — THE GOAL SORT (CREATIVE + VISUAL)
Purpose: See your goals clearly, not emotionally
How:
• Write each goal (big or small) on a separate paper or sticky note
• Spread them out on a table or floor
• Without overthinking, sort them into 3 piles:
-
Aligned
-
Not Now
-
Not Mine
Sit with the piles before changing anything.
✨ This removes guilt from decision-making.
✂️ Day 2 — RELEASE & COMMITMENT RITUAL
Purpose: Physically release misaligned goals
How:
• Take the Not Now and Not Mine goals
• Tear them up, shred them, or safely burn them
• As you release them, say:
“I release what no longer fits my energy.”
Then pick 1–3 goals from the Aligned pile.
🧱 Day 4 — BUILD-A-GOAL
Purpose: Make goals realistic and embodied
How:
For each chosen goal:
• Write it on a card or paper
• Under it, list:
-
One small weekly action
-
One boundary it requires
-
One thing you’ll stop doing to support it
This turns goals into containers, not pressure.
🌱 Day 5 — THE 3-STONE ALIGNMENT PRACTICE
Purpose: Visual goal clarity without writing
How:
• Find three stones outside
• Assign meaning:
-
Stone 1: What I’m committed to
-
Stone 2: What I’m releasing
-
Stone 3: What I’m unsure about
• Place them on the ground
• Sit with them quietly for a few minutes
This becomes a physical map of alignment.
🧘🏾 Day 6 — OUTDOOR ALIGNMENT MEDITATION
Purpose: Ground the nervous system before action
How:
• Sit outside (grass, steps, bench)
• Feet on the ground
• Eyes closed
• 5–7 minutes
Breathing pattern:
Inhale — “I am present”
Exhale — “I am aligned”
Place one hand on chest, one on stomach.
✍🏾 Day 7 — JOURNAL PRACTICE (REFLECTIVE)
Purpose: Energy awareness
Prompt:
“What drains my energy that I no longer want to give time to?”
Write freely for 5 minutes max.
Each day we will discuss in the comments!!
** Remember at the end of each month there will be a raffle with all participants for a give away**
