Shipping policy

Processing Time – All custom orders have up to 10 business days to be completed upon being shipped out. All store inventory will be shipped out immediately.

Shipping – Standard shipping takes up to 4 business days to receive. Express shipping takes up to 2 business days. Local pick up is available at no cost. 

Customs & Import Taxes – All customers are responsible for any import or customs taxes at their end according to their country’s regulations. 

Sizing- Please ensure that you select the correct sizing bc there is a resizing fee. If size is incorrect on my behalf fee is waived and I will cover shipping cost. Free resizes for all dropped beads due to weight loss!
