Activities
1. Brain Dump Ritual (Day 1)
• Write everything on your mind
• No organizing, no filtering
• Stop when the page is full
2. Digital Detox Day (Day 2 & Day 7)
• If you're really wanting to test your discipline, No social media for 24 hours OR no scrolling before noon...I know, baby steps!
• Journal what you noticed
3. Silent Morning Practice (Day 3 & Day 5)
• Wake up without your phone
• 10 minutes of silence
• Breathe + sip good rising tea

Grand rising Queens! We are in day 6.
My day 5 I woke up without my phone but o won’t lie it was short lived. Yesterday was really busy for me work wise so it was kind of hard however I did honor myself with at least 10 mins. I didn’t drink tea first thing in the rising however I was able to honor this before going to bed. No phone, drank tea, and eased my mental before calling it a night.
Today I’m up at 5:30 did my journal prompts and it gave me so much ammo! Like I’m so ready to knock out today’s goals!

Day 4, I can just stay that once I started journaling about what felt heavy it didnt seem so heavy anymore. Im realizing my thoughts can create something more heavier than what it is. So I am giving my self grace! Ready for Day 5! Love seeing the other ladies on here! We got this!!!!

Day 2 – I didn’t post. Here it is.

This is what I wrote and also understood on Day 2 removing myself from social media is easy for me, I do it all the time for days even 3 months one time intentionally. I am honestly uneasy with having to navigate to do it more now – y’all help 😀
