Hey Family! If you made it to this post give yourself a pat on the back!🙂↕️  This is the first step you're taking to help you evolve into your higher self!👏🏽 So We'll start with January! I won't put it all on you at once! 

🌑 JANUARY — CLARITY & VISION

Theme: Goal Setting • Intention • Mental Reset
Outcome for the Month:
By the end of January, you will have:
✔ A clear personal vision
✔ 1–3 aligned goals
✔ A simplified routine
✔ Reduced mental clutter


🌒 WEEK 1 — CLEARING THE NOISE

Focus: Mental Detox + Awareness
Goal: Identify what’s clouding clarity

Core Practice: Mental Declutter

Weekly Intention:

“I create space for clarity.”

Activities

1. Brain Dump Ritual (Day 1)
• Write everything on your mind
• No organizing, no filtering
• Stop when the page is full

2. Digital Detox Day (Day 2 & Day 7)
• If you're really wanting to test your discipline, No social media for 24 hours OR no scrolling before noon...I know, baby steps!
• Journal what you noticed

3. Silent Morning Practice (Day 3 & Day 5)
• Wake up without your phone
• 10 minutes of silence
• Breathe + sip good rising tea

4. Journaling Prompts (Day 4 & Day 6):

  • What feels mentally heavy right now?

  • What am I avoiding thinking about?

  • What would clarity change in my life?

Day 6

  • What feels mentally heavy right now?

  • How can I release this in a healthy way?

  • Is this something I can control?

Day 3. I love the wake up with silence. What I realize is a few of things I am already doing. Reaffirmation is necessary for me especially now so much is moving and the familiarity is a welcome blessing.

I didnt sip any tea but I will. Just got a new electric tea kettle for xmas best gift.

Today was a long one and taking pauses in-between was necessary I also wrote about feeling the effects if the moon and what it meant for me , how it showed up visually and intentional in the lessons and blessings today.

My day 3 has been good so far’ i did the quiet morning and 10 minutes of silence.

Day 2 was also good I didn’t get on my phone til noon and wrote down whatever pops in my head

Grand rising family! So yesterday was a bit of a struggle for social media detox day. I was off and on but didn’t really scroll fr. When I caught myself scrolling I got off!

For day 3 I got up at 5am to do my rising release and did yoga and meditation. It’s been a while since I did both first thing in the rising so it was realllllly refreshing and so look forward to getting back into that practice!

Awww man my comment from yesterday didn’t post!

My day one I definitely did the mental dump!
Well I was able to put in perspective on where clarity needs cleaning up on!

So today on day 2 after my post I’m off social media for the rest of the day! I’m going to journal what I noticed before bed and report back here in the rising!
