Hey Family! If you made it to this post give yourself a pat on the back!🙂↕️  This is the first step you're taking to help you evolve into your higher self!👏🏽 So We'll start with January! I won't put it all on you at once! 

🌑 JANUARY — CLARITY & VISION

Theme: Goal Setting • Intention • Mental Reset
Outcome for the Month:
By the end of January, you will have:
✔ A clear personal vision
✔ 1–3 aligned goals
✔ A simplified routine
✔ Reduced mental clutter


🌒 WEEK 1 — CLEARING THE NOISE

Focus: Mental Detox + Awareness
Goal: Identify what’s clouding clarity

Core Practice: Mental Declutter

Weekly Intention:

“I create space for clarity.”

Activities

1. Brain Dump Ritual (Day 1)
• Write everything on your mind
• No organizing, no filtering
• Stop when the page is full

2. Digital Detox Day (Day 2 & Day 7)
• If you're really wanting to test your discipline, No social media for 24 hours OR no scrolling before noon...I know, baby steps!
• Journal what you noticed

3. Silent Morning Practice (Day 3 & Day 5)
• Wake up without your phone
• 10 minutes of silence
• Breathe + sip good rising tea

4. Journaling Prompts (Day 4 & Day 6):

  • What feels mentally heavy right now?

  • What am I avoiding thinking about?

  • What would clarity change in my life?

Day 6

  • What feels mentally heavy right now?

  • How can I release this in a healthy way?

  • Is this something I can control?

I like that this is alreadyin alignment of personal goals and practices I used to do and also helping aid and hopefully usher a renewed discovery of self. Glad a friend posted about it. Let’s all work Ladies

SOO I definitely been taking the day to reset its been a bit rough not being on my phone lol makes me want to take time before noon to not use my phone
